Candace listened to our concerns when we listed the house. We lived in the house for 25 years. We did some upgrades along the way. She gave us suggestions on how our show them to our advantage for showings. We had a dog and she worked with us in giving us notice so we could take the dog and go somewhere else during our showings. When we move out of the house, she had it staged very nicely. I only wish I had her taste in decorating. The inspection for the house revealed some corrections we had to make in order to close. She helped us find contractors that would get the work done before closing. She is a realtor that knows PebbleCreek from both for buying and selling of homes for many years.
